Standard Terms and Conditions of Holiday Rental
Payment of the deposit and rental constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
All rents are to be paid in full prior to occupancy.
The number of occupants must not exceed the number stated when booking the accommodation.
In the event of cancellation by the tenant, notice must be given at least one month before commencement date for a refund, minus 15% administration fee.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
As the tenant, you are responsible for breakages, damage and loss incurred during your stay.
Our property rentals are made in good faith. However we cannot be held responsible for actions by others such as changes to the property or cancellation of a property prior to occupancy. Should this situation arise every reasonable endeavour will be made to offer alternative accommodation.
Parties or functions are not permitted without consent of managers.
Guests must notify management of expected arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival.
